Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery Across Egypt
We offer delivery to all governorates across Egypt.
Estimated delivery times:
- Cairo & Giza: 2–3 business days
- Alexandria: 1–2 business days
- Delta & Canal Cities: 2–4 business days
- Upper Egypt & other governorates: 3–5 business days
Delivery times are estimated and may vary depending on the delivery location, courier availability, public holidays, or unexpected circumstances.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the delivery location and available shipping options.
Any applicable shipping fees will be shown clearly before you complete your order.
Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery (COD) may be available for eligible orders and locations.
If COD is available, the full order amount will be collected upon delivery.
